At SHELLYBRATION, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

1. Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

3. Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.

4. Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the refund will be approved.

5. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
